What Causes Tingling Sensation And Numbness In Shoulder And Left Arm?
well I have been keeping track of this , that is happening , and has been for a week. Over ten times a day I get the feeling in my left arm , on the top side or it ,down to my index finger and thumb. It is the feeling of you foot being asleep. Tingling and numb but in pain . It comes in waves and starts at my shoulder. I work at a desk daily and thinking that might have something to do with it. The pain starts at my collar bone and goes down to the fingers lasts about 3 - 4 minutes and then returns to feeling regular.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have tingling sensation and numbness in shoulder and left arm. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like cervical spondylosis , cervical radiculopathy , nerve compression , or symptoms or angina . I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan or MRI . Doctor may prescribe nerve supplement muscle relaxant along with anti inflammatory and physical therapy along with particular stretching exercises . Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist in case of cardiac problem . For now eat healthy , and apply warm compresses to neck , shoulder and arm .
