What Causes Tingling Pain In Stumps While Urinating?

I have diabetic neuropathy and have had my right leg amputated below the knee. Now when I urinate, I have a very weird feeling in my left leg and right stump. It's like a tingling pain. I know it sounds weird and I have tried to ignore it but it happens every time I urinate at least 8-10 times a day.
