What Causes Tingling In Upper Arms And Fingers With Pain In Groin?

I have tingling in upper arms and ring finger and little finger on right hand fingers are very sore at times also have grabing pains in right groin quite disabling when out walking have to stop almost to give time for relief sholders feel heavy also

Hello,

I have studied your case.
Due to compression of this nerve root there is tingling numbness in your arm and finger and pain associated.
I will advise you to MRI cervical spine for better diagnosis.

For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication can be started.
Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.
