What Causes Tingling In The Left Hand After An Attack Of Migraine?

I had a stomach ache from Sat. till Mon. I had a migraine for over 10 hours Sunday after taking pain reliever. It is Tues., and I don't have a headache but everything seems cloudy to me. I'm a little dizzy, but I'm scare because my left hand has been tingling some yesterday and all day today. What do you think?
