What Causes Tingling In Head With Dizziness?

TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WOULD CAUSE TINGLING IN HEAD WITH SOME DIZZINESS, BUT IT CAN BE IN BACK OR OTHER PARTS OF THE BODY. HX DIABETIES, HYPERTENTION, DEPRESSION HAD LAB TEST DONE , DID HAVE COMPLAINTS OF PAIN IN DIFF AREAS OF UPPER AND LOWER ABD. HAD COLONOSCOPY IN OCT.2015 HAD ULTRASOUND DONE OF UPPER ABD. AND ALSO CAT SCAN WITH ALL LABS AND TESTS COMING BACK ALL CLEAN AND CLEAR. THOSE PAINS HAVE SUBSIDED BUT WEAKNESS AND LOSS OF APPITITE AND THE TIGGLING IF HEAD OR BACK AND ARMS REMAIN. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to occipital neuralgia.

For that you may require MRI neck, nerve conduction studies after spine surgeon consultation.

You may require tablet pregabalin and multivitamin after consultation.

Continue physical therapy.

Take balanced diet and keep your self hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query...
Let me know if I can assist you further.
