What Causes Tingling In Feet While On Treatment For Paucibacillary Leprosy?

I was diagnosed with early symptoms of paucibacillary leprosy on 15th july. My family doctor who is a skin specialist started the treatment as per WHO guidlines. I have lost partial sensation of part of dorsal side skin of left foot. There is no other visible symptom. I still feel a tingling sensation when i touch the ankle joint.. i think its some nerve there. When i touch it the sensation like electric shock flows in feet. I am anxious if this would result in some kind of disability of that foot? Can this happen? If yes then what should i do to avoid it. Will physiotherapy at this stage and yoga will help for the foot to avoid further disability?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the pathological process is well under control then this is nothing to worry, more over just a given symptoms would not give any clues of prognosis such case may need complete evaluation of case as long as prognosis and morbidity is concern, hope this information may helps take care and have a nice day.
