Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think you may be having cervical spondylitis with pain due to nerve compression. I would suggest you to get cervical spine x ray to see if there is decrease in disc space. Also see if there is change in the spine curvature, if yes than you need to follow these advises.
1.Tablet Pregabalin M one daily.
2.Intermittent cervical traction exercises.
3.Soft cervical collar.
4. Neck muscle strengthening exercises.
I hope these steps will help you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks
