Hi I have got a tingling feeling in my right hand since three days ago it come s and goes, I am not my self feeling a bit different and not be able to concentrate while I am dancing(not much) as good as before, and before that I had a neck and shoulder pain (on my right side) as the result of extreem dancing pulling muscles or something ? please can I have your opinion on that? thanks
Hi, The tingling in your hand may be due to carpal tunnel compression. This is when tissues around the wrist press on the nerves intermittently causing tingling and pain. it is relatively common and if it becomes troublesome can be cured by a minor operation. The diagnosis of your neck and shoulder pain may be aided by an MRI as it would be impossible to comment further on the basis of your symptoms described.
