What Causes Tingling Feeling In Arms/face/head During Pregnancy?

I am about 6 months pregnant, and every now and then I get a tingly feeling on my arms & sometimes my face and head. Then to top it off my chest feels like I have a heavy rock or something lying on top of it! It s always freaking me out!! What s wrong with me?!?!

Hello dear,I understand your concern.The tingling feeling might be due to vitamin deficiency.Vitamin B12 capsule.might help you.The heaviness of chest might be due to gastritis.Gastritis is routinely seen in pregnancy.Avoid spicy and oily diet.Take antacids.
