So i ve been having this tingly and throbbingsensation on my clitoris and frequent wanting to pee. Didnt have any sexual activities for the past weeks. Just happened in the middle of the day while i was watching tv. My pee is clear and it hurts a bit. And when i pee its only in small amounts

Your symptoms could be due to lower urinary tract infection.
I would suggest to consult the primary care physician and undergo urine routine and microscopic tests to confirm the cause
Doctor will give following advises:
Tablet nitrozoilum
Tablet uromax
Syrup cital
Drink plenty of fluid and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene
Take healthy diet, avoid stress, do regular exercise
