What Causes Tingling And Prickly Feeling On The Sole Of My Feet?

I have had an operation for spinal sinosis on my back and neck last November aqnd that was sucessful but previous to that I had a tingling on the sole of my feet, and i still have that. I was told that may be a form of neuropathy altho I do not have diabetes. It makes my feet feel like I am walking on needles and feels like my feet are puffed so I dont have any balance so I have to use a cane. I have been athletic all my life and my weight is normal. I have previously had both hips and a knee replaced years ago. Any ideas? thanks Dave Usher

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, you had surgeries on both hips, and a knee, years ago, that would have caused the pressure symptoms on the nerves passing in the way.
You still continuing with the pains of the nerves, in spite of the surgery on the spine.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment .
You may need to have an M.R.I and other tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms injections of vitamin B1,6,and 12 for10 consecutive days, and then periodically. protein supplements, calcium, multivitamins, diclofenac, and paracetamol.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
