What Causes Tingling And Numbness In Fingers And Hands?
I have tingling/numbness in my fingers hands upon awakening almost every morning - and it occasionally hits while perhaps driving or doing some other activity (holding the hand-held shower head), but no burning or pain. What could be causing this? It s been happening for about 6 months.

Your symptoms might be due to nerve compression
I suggest you take
1. T. Neurokind-od.
2. Physiotherapy for numbness.
3. If symptoms persist then MRI neck should be done to rule out the cause.
