What Causes Tightness Under The Ribcage Post Hysterectomy?

hi, im a female24 years old and i had a hysterectomy on wednsday last week and ive been having trouble breathing and a very tight feeling on my right side under my ribcage especially when i breathe in deep , i dont know if there is still air in my body and maybe its just stuck there from the surgery or what but its very irritating and painfull also when i lay on my right side it gets worse, left side it gets easier to deal with and when im on the left side and i raise my right arm over my head i can almost not feel it at all

It could be muscular spasm or catch. Apply hot packs to the painful regions. Take Tablet Diclofenac and Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days after meals and Tablet Ranitidine 150mg twice a day for 5 days before meals.
