What Causes Tightness Over The Breast Area?

I have taken 3 pills so far of clindamycin over one and a half days and tonight hrs later after my 3 pill I was noticing some tightness or muscle tenderness over my right breast area . Just came out of the blue and was curious as I did not see this as a side effect of this medication . Can I also take Benadryl hrs later after taking this Thank you kindly Robin

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hey Robin, after reading your query, i have picked these issues of yours.
1. You are taking clindamycin, and wants to take benadaryl with it. There is no contraindication. both medications are safe to use.
2. You have tenderness in your right breast, First of all this is not related to clindamycin, there is no such side effect of it.
But to know the reason of it, we need to find out some more details of the problem. Is it associated with redness of the area, is it related to your periods. etc.

Let me know if i have missed anything from your query.

Have a nice day ahead.
