Hi, I have ongoing issues with my sacro illiac area, I have be reading about psoas tightness and have been in discomfort in this region for months now. I want to seek help but would this be from a chiropractor or a physiotherapist? I believe I have a slight lordosis and have always struggled with flexibility. thanks.
