What Causes Tightness In Chest, Difficulty Breathing And Numb Arms?

i went to the emergency room twice with tightness in my chest,hard to breath.and tingling going down my arm numbness feeling.they say all my test were good heart was good.lungs were good.but lots of burning in my chest with this tight feeling.blood preesure goes up.at the hospital it was 200/198

All your symptoms are caused by hypertension(high blood pressure).
Your symptoms are caused by the damage of nervous system, that is due to hypertension.

To control your blood pressure you should avoid cholesterol, lipids, carbohydrates and salt.

You should also take antihypertensive medications.
