What Causes Tightness In Chest And Shortness Of Breath?

Since Saturday I have had a tightness in my chest causing me to struggle with taking deep breaths, I noticed yesterday that the very tips of my fingers look a bit pruned as if I had been soaking in water... I have a murmur but have never had an issue with it... My concern is that I am still having this shortness of breath and the tips are still pruned. I m 50yrs old and very active and eat very clean (no meat, carbs, sweets) could it be stress that s causing this?

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms that is being given here for tightness of chest and breathing difficulties then it may not be due to any danger disease like heart disease but this could be due to some hyperacidity, and it can be managed with "Tab Omeprazole with Domperidone 40/30" once in day, and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
