What Causes Tightness In Chest Along With Dizzy Spells?

Hi there I have a tight chest where I feel like something is caught and squeezing my chest and I can t get enough oxygen when I breath. Sometimes I feel dizzy. I have had a cold but these symptoms gave lasted over 6 weeks. I feel out of breath regularly without exercise and the last time I played sport, my heart rate stayed high for a long time and I felt very unwell and needed to lay down for the rest of the day.

I really appreciate your concern, in most of the case such symptoms could be due to hyperacidity, and this can be best managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day, second EKG is advisable, (You have not mentioned your age and gender else something specific could have thoughts, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
