What Causes Tightness Around Swollen Lymph Node In Armpit?
I have had a swollen limphnod in my armpit for approximatly tens years with only occational discomfort, recently i have devolped a pulling sensation which seems to start at the limphnode and continues to my hand. I also feel an enlarged and hardened vein starting and ending in the same place. Please do you have any idea what this is and should I be worried. I will not have insurance till january 2016. Any advice is much appreciated. Thomas C.

I really appreciate your concern, such lymph may not be having any pathological changes, but looking to your symptom it is advisable to investigate the lymph node first is clinical examination, second imaging study, third routine blood test, and some time biopsy may required, hope this information helps.
