General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms can be related to many causes.

I suggest to do a electrocardiogram to exclude the positive of a cardiac issue.

If this issue is excluded another possible cause can be acid reflux.

This diagnosis can be treated with antacids.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contappct me again.

Kind regards!
