What Causes Tightness And Pain In Penis During Erection?
I was circumsised when I was a baby I am 34 now I have never had problems with my penis before until about 6 months ago it started hurting I have been to the doctor a couple different timed and they kinda blew it off as nothing when flaccid it looks normal but when erect there is a tight ring in the general area of the circumsision scar it is very painful and if I ejaculate it will be so tight in that spot that the skin tears on the underside of my penis this is very painful and for the week following I am about to lose my mind please help
It may be due to a fibrous band or Peyronie's disease. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please get it done colour Doppler of both scrotum and penis. In case of any bands then it may be released by surgical correction. Please consult with your surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
