What Causes Tightness And Cramping In The Calf Muscles?

12 day old displaced fibula fx. I'm healing well, fibula is nicely aligned. I'm non weight bearing and I no longer have swollen toes. I was woken up by calf pain this morning. It seems muscular....Ive stretched out my toes and muscles. The tightness and cramping wont go away...?

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms given here could be due to muscular spasm and it can be well managed with Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen and it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
