im 34, 270 lbs. i have hypothydosims. take 112 mcg of levo. in past 2 weeks my bp has been higher 138/88 or 90. my pulse is high 93. i feel a thump in my chest from time to time. sometimes feels like i swolled a big tennis ball and i just can't get it down. not sure what to think. i
