What Causes Throbbing Pain In The Middle Of Chest?

I have a pulsing/throbing pain in my upper right chest. It started out of the blue and has been happening 38 hours. Tylonal and Advil make it better. Sometimes it hurts to take a deep breath. Today the pain is slight but has migrated to the middle of my chest about 4 finger withs below my collar bone. I have been diagnosed with gurd. Also I had a full heart work up about 2 1/2 months ago. All was normal. Heart rate, blood pressure and pulse are all normal.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with pain at the right side of your chest radiating to the middle following relief from advil and tylonal I am suggesting strongly that you have developed a Costochondritis (inflammation of the rib joint)

In view of this please continue with your prescribed medication and add neurobion and neurogesic cream

I hope this helps Regards
