What Causes Throbbing Pain In Leg?

I seem to have some sharp pain in my leg on the inside to rear of the leg. It seems to hurt more when I walk, but I can feel it when I sit down, it feels like it throbs a little. I don t know if it is a pulled muscle or like an artery where it feels like the blood is pumping weird in the leg.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Throbbing pain in the back of the leg might be due to muscle pull. Kindly take following medications:
1. Tablet. Diclofenac with Chloroxazone twice daily after food.
2. Apply Diclofenac containing analgesic gel during night.
3. Capsule. Vitamin E once a day for 10 days.
4. Keep yourself well hydrated and consume citrus fruit juices.
Give adequate rest for 5 days and then slowly resume your routine activities.
