What Causes Throbbing, Headache And Dizziness After Wisdom Teeth Extraction?
I m a 36 year old female and had my two upper wisdom teeth extracted 5 weeks ago. Ever since I ve suffered throbbing and constant headaches, dizziness and feeling lightheaded like I m about to faint. Btw the procedure was done with local anesthesia. Anyone has a clue as to why this is happening? I desperately need help pleas!
As even if we would consider your symptoms to be side effects of local anaesthetic or any medication that you have taken post extraction then also the symptoms must have subsided by now..
So my suggestion is to consult a Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigation like ear examination, CBC and MRI scan can be advised to you to confirm the diagnosis and then an appropriate treatment can be done accordingly..
For now avoid driving or other activities that can cause accidents due to dizzy episodes.. Take sufficient rest..
Hope this helps..
Regards.

What Causes Throbbing, Headache And Dizziness After Wisdom Teeth Extraction?
Hi. Thanks for the query.. Well, your symptoms are not appearing to be due to wisdom tooth extraction rather they are pointing more towards problems like Inner ear infection or Benign Peripheral Positional Vertigo.
