What Causes Throbbing And Severe Pain During Sexual Arousal?

Yesterday I got very aroused for no reason (I was walking/cleaning the house) and had my first orgasm. Now I can t get the arousal to go away! I can t sleep, it just keeps throbbing and is getting very painful. Please, please help me! I have endometriosis if that could cause any issue. I am super scared and embarrassed. I have taken Tylenol PM to try and sleep, but it isnt working. I am also on Claritin-D and have been up for 24 hours (dealing with this MOST of the time). Any suggestions/help? i did not use anything in the vagina, just rubbed a bit. the pain is burning most of the time and the discharge is constant, it hurts like hell! it is making my endo so much worse! I have tried masturbating again, but that makes it worse. my heart is pounding like crazy . thats all i can think of right now, thanks for your help in advance.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

It seems as though you could be suffering from a urinary tract or vaginal infection, which is why the antibiotics have been prescribed.

When the reproductive system and the urinary system are infected, it can result in increased sensitivity which can cause and act like mild rubbing result in an orgasm. Do not worry about this, orgasms are very healthy and should not be a cause for concern.

Although I would advise against rubbing your genitalia until your infection has been adeauately treated. Once the infection subsides, the sensitivity will reduce and you can actively masturbate (which you should know is healthy and carries no harm at all).

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
