What Causes Throat Pain?
This has never happened nor have I ever felt this, I was at a party and drinking and all of a sudden I felt a sharp pain in my throat like I swallowed something that was stuck in my throat. I feel a pain there but every time I swallow, I feel a SHARP pain like I am being stabed

You seem to have an either an acute reflux or an problem in the throat. In any case if the problem persists then you must get an upper GI endoscopy and get back to me or any ENT with the report.
Meanwhile you can take an anti reflux like pantoprazole
