What Causes Throat Pain While Smoking?

Hi,Every time i smoke the right side of my throat hurts. I dont smoke regulary i have had around 4 today & the same thing happened last Friday when i had 3, but it seems to always happen when i smoke! It happened the week before last aswel.Thank you.

Hello I appreciate your concern. From your description I think you are having mild laryngitis or pharyngitis. Smoking irritates already inflamed area which leads to pain in throat. I advise you quit smoking for some day if possible. Do salt water gargles to sooth your throat. Thanks.
