What Causes Throat Pain And Vertical Lines On Tonsils?

I noticed my throat had started hurting or if no where but I thought it was just site from singing or needing a drink but I looked in the mirror with a bring light and it looks like two vertical tears on my left tonsil there are no white spots on the outside of them but what looks like maybe a little fits stuff inside my tonsils which is normal I ve never seen this before

Acute sore throat is most commonly from infection (viral or bacterial), trauma (from food or drink), allergies.

IF you have a history of allergies and post nasal drip then treating these problems with an oral anti histamine and topical steroid nasal spray would help.

If there is no previous allergy history then you may want to consider the use of an anti inflammatory pain killer and monitoring the pain for any changes.
Examples would include ibuprofen, cataflam, naproxen
