What Causes Throat Pain And Chest Pressure When On Hypo-thyroid Medication?

I have been experiencing throat pain and heavy chest pressure (up high). I have had two episodes of costochondritis over the last few years and this feel like another "episode." Any reason this continues to occur? I also have hypo-thyroid and take daily meds for this condition. Any relation?
