Hello welcome to the health care magic

Cough with blood is called hemoptysis

It can occur in bronchitis, pneumonia like respiratory infections and in mitral stenosis like cardiac conditions

I will advise you to consult nearby pulmonologoist for following work up...
_Auscultation
_CBC
_chest x ray
_if x ray and Auscultation suggest towards bronchitis than spirometry done to assess severity and further management
_if x ray shows consolidation than sputum examination needed

For congestion relief meanwhile cetrizine like antihistaminic drug can be taken

Take care

Hope this will help you
