What Causes Throat Insensitivity?

hello i have an illness which means i dont feel heat or pain properly and over the years i have burnt my throat on hot cups of tea i also have problems swallowing, my uncle suffers from what was commonly known as spastic throat,i have to rip my food into tiny little pieces for my to eat it and i can choke just drinking water. i have spent years with this problem but it is slowly getting worse.is there anything that can be done to help me thanks

From history you seem to have a neurological type of dysphagia(difficulty in swallowing).Please take mri brain with skull base to know any pathology
