What Causes Throat Dryness, Lack Of Appetite And Choking Sensation Below The Throat?
Not feeling great. When i swallow the back of my throat is dry. Doesnt matter what I drink. Havent had an appetite. Also feels like there is some upper bronchial constriction but no wheezing/ no runny nose. And just and occasional dry cough. If I have a fever it is mild .

it seems to be Gastrointestinal esophageal reflux disease. Nothing g to worry. Take proton pump inhibitors like rabiprazole daily in morning in empty stomach. avoid spicy food. Don't always eat stomach full. If symptoms persist after 10 days. do sputum culture and throat was. Now no need of antibiotics.
