What Causes Thin Piece Of Flesh Hanging On Inner Side Of Anus?

Hi, I am a gay man and often have anal sex. The last time I had sex I found that I had a long thin piece of flesh now seeming to be dislodged inside my anus. It isn t paintful or itchy and feels to be about an inch long. I have had a hemmeroid before and this doesn t feel like that. It s a lot thinner and just seems to be hanging on to the inner lining of my rectum. Please tell me what to do. Thanks

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having sentinel piles as this is common with internal hemorrhoids.
Another possibility of having anal wart.
consult surgeon and get examined.
