Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it may be the laryngitis, pharyngitis, or esophageal erosion, due to G.E.R.D, or some thing else.
The reasons, may be the smoking, alcohol, or irritant foods.First thing to do is to avoid those things, if they are in use.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, phenylefrine , diclofenac, and citrizine till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
