What Causes Thick Yellow Vaginal Discharge During Early Pregnancy?

Hi I am 28+4 days pregnant and for a the past few days I have noticed that my discharge is thick and yellowish/light green in colour and its always a lot every time I go to the toilet and sometimes its clear and very mucous stringy and watery like. Today iv been getting strong pains in my back specially in my lower back and the baby feels very cramped and uncomfortable I get some light cramps on the middle/lower part of my stomach. If you could please help with any advice on what this could be.

Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is common to have such a discharge and specially if it is not foul smelling then its alright.
But in case discharge increases in amount or is foul smelling then visit your gynecologist as soon as possible.
In case you have any questions in future you can contact me directly on http://bit.ly/drmanishajain
