What Causes Thick And White Vaginal Discharge Before Menstruation?

my cycle is 33 days and its been 7 days now with no period. my breast feel normal. the only major issue i have is pain in my lower back right above my butt and i pee alot lateiy. one particular morning i felt weak and dizzy and neasous where i didnt think i was able to make it to work.before that my boyfriend notice alot o discharge in my vagina. it wasnt thin and watery.it was really white and creamy. everything else seems fine. what do you think.thanks

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Discharge before the menstruation is normal if it is white and slight thick but without itching and foul smelling.

But if it is associated with foul smell , itching.
It may be due to Vaginal infection: Yeast, trichomonas, gonorrhea.
So It may be yeast infection.

Take the following advice for it
1. Single dose oral Diflucam
2. Apply Ointment trazol
3. Probiotic tablet orally/vaginally
4. Take yougort and balanced healthy diet
5. Boric acid suppository
6. Maintain hygiene
7. Wash your vagina with warm salt water 4-5 times in a day
8. Wear loose pure cotton inner wear
9. Keep the vagina clean (Not wet)
10. Tablet meftal spas

If not resolves, you should consult the doctor and do the following tests:
Pregnancy test
Hormonal profile: E2, Progestreone, FSH, LH, Prolactin, HCG, Thyroid hormone profile.
USG abdomen
