Welcome to Health care magic.

1.Cloudyness in the x-ray is seen in case of accumulation of the collection in the alveolar spaces.
2.This happens due to presence of any infection / inflammation of the lungs.
3.So doctor has initially started with symptomatic treatment.
4.If symptoms persists doctor ma review your medication in to a course of antibiotics.
5.Cloudyness also seen in case of previously healed infection. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
