I just realized the veins on my arms and chest are really bright green and visible. I have ALWAYS had green veins visible but I m taking medication now and I just noticed they were even more noticeable and saw veins where I haven t really seen veins show before. Medication I am taking is Citalopram 10MG once a day.

Hello, normally the veins in any human is always seen as green or blue as it contains deoxygenated blood or usually called as impure blood.
There is also physics in that as it absorbs the blue and green light and reflects it to our eyes.
Also if you are very fair, its totally normal for the underlying veins to be visible more than others.
Its totally normal to occur, don't be worried about it.
And citalopram wont be having any effect on your veins being more visible than before.
thank you
