What Causes The Veins On Either Side Of Head To Bulge?

My husband cut grass yesterday right at lunch time when it was hot and he kept sweating most of the rest of the day even after cooling off. Today he noticed that veins on both sides of his forehead were enlarged, bulging. It's noticeable. He does not have a headache.

My opinion-
IN the given situation, Your husband seems to be having
High Blood pressure-which got aggravated with the work of grass cutting yesterday.The fact that he kept on sweating whole day after rest, needs to be investigated for accompanied high blood pressure,especially when he is having enlarged forehead bulging veins, without headache.

Do' Suggested-
GO to ER and or consult and check with family physician for 3- days BP recording and other causes.
Consult physician ,who would investigate further and would treat him accordingly.
Other causes of forehead bulging veins,needs to be verified and ruled out, before giving any treatment to your husband.
