What Causes The Urge To Urinate Despite A Normal Urine Culture Test Report?

I was given antibiotics about a week ago because my doctor thought I had a UTI even though my urine tests weren’t showing bacteria in it because I was showing 2 of the 3 symptoms (blood in my urine, need to urinate constantly). It only showed blood and protein. I felt better after the 5 days of antibiotics but a couple of days after my urge to urinate came back and this time stronger. I have no clue if I actually have a UTI or what is going on.
