Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In HIV patients, lack of immunity may lead to repeatedly probe for loose stools and Fever. Cryptococcus, Isospora, Cryptospora infections are common in HIV. If you're not passing stools, passing any mucous or blood in stool, then you have to consult your doctor and he will send a stool sample for microscopy and culture. Depending upon the report he will treat you. Take a soft diet, use probiotic tablet twice a day for five days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
