Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As this might be muscle cramp which occurs once in a while due to abnormal changes in the physiology of the muscles. Do hot water fermentation and drink more fluids. Do regular exercise for the calf muscle stretching and strengthening.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
