What Causes The Symptoms Of Yellow Eyes And Raised Spots On Liver?

my d-dimer is 1000,but found not 2 have any b.clots,but found that my spleen is eating my b.platelets,from my hep C,whats the next step. thank u age 52,5,7",had hep c 4 20 years,liver is showing signs of damage,bone lose,yellow eye,slightly raised spots,liver spots and the lost of pigmation spots,where 2 go from here.

1) your diagnosis is Hepatitis C virus related cirrhois (liver damage) with portal hypertension (spleen eating platelets)
2) you need to consult medical gastroenterologist for further evaluation and to start treatment for hepatitis-C if required.
3) cirrhosis (liver damage) is irreversible so eventually you require liver transplantation.
