What Causes The String In Stool And Nausea?

ive seen string in my stool twice now and wondering if its a serious problem. I am also feeling slightly nauseous lately and thinking about food just isnt as pleasant as it used to be. I live with my parents and my mom is also feeling nauseous, i'm wondering if it is an enviromental problem
