What Causes The Sore Lump On The Bruised Area?

About a week and a half ago I noticed a baseball sized bruise on my calf with no memory of what might have caused it. The bruise is fading, but this evening I noticed a dime sized lump in what appears to be the epicenter of the original bruise. The lump is not colored and does not feel hot, but it is slightly painful to the touch. I am a 35 year old female who just recently started exercising. Is this something I should be concerned about?

HI
Thank for asking to asking to HCM
I appreciate your worry, if I would be your doctor then I would advise you to just wait and watch, this is the best strategy we can apply, if it is too much painful then this can be treated with any NSAID drug, but I am sure this could be nonspecific swelling and this will come around with the following drug, if does not subside with it own,
1) Ibuprofen 400 mg twice a day.
Take care and nothing to worry about it, have good time.
