What Causes The Sluggishness In Urine?

I am 40 years old man.. With borderline diabetes. For couple of months I noticed that after urination, I still sometimes pass those extra amount.. The flow has been sluggish.. Doesn t give that satisfaction of complete emptiness.. The frequency has been good no marked increase in that. Sometimes there is subtle pain at the base of the penis after ejaculation .. Burning sensation.. Sensation of frequent urination which may remain for some hours. But now the symptoms are there for three days after ejaculation.. I have the history of stones as well.. So it is more confusing. I haven t done sonography recently.. But the pain is stinging when body compels to expel the urine which not there in the bladder now.. The constriction feeling at the base of the penis is too much. I get some relief if I take combiflam (Ibu para)

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here, urine analysis is advisable with plain x-ray of abdomen to rule out the possibility of stone formation again, some time it could be bladder cystitis, on tentative basis condition can be managed with "Sodium hydrogen citrate" solution, orally 20 mg three times in day, along with all these better to stay away from stress, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
