As a physician I would like to tell you that Masturbation is a natural process if you are using it as a stress reliever to blow off the steam but if you are doing it excessive, it is a bad habit. Also, if there is no need to worry about the fact that penis is not shooting semen. Sometimes when you over masturbate, there is little time left for sperms to produce but you will get a watery liquid of Prostate and some from Seminal vesicle without thick white part, Which is normal. So you need not to worry about anything. I would also suggest that you should divert you mind from masturbation to other activities like sports etc and use masturbation to blow off the steam only when it is necessary.
