Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.
From the description of your symptoms, it appears that you are suffering from a Gastro-Esophagial Reflux Disorder (GERD). This can cause symptoms such as regurgitation of food from the stomach, excessive belching, chest discomfort, etc. However, you need a detailed evaluation in order to confirm the diagnosis. I would advise you to see a gastro-enterologist to have a proper evaluation, so that the diagnosis can be confirmed and appropriate treatment can be initiated. Also, avoid eating spicy or oily foods, take your meals on time and avoid over-eating (better to eat smaller quantities at more frequent intervals)
Wish you all the best.
Regards, Dr. Jonas Sundarakumar
